Pursuant to the Revised Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended (“Charter”), Section 10-3.(2) Financial Disclosures, “No member of a board or commission who has failed to file a complete required financial disclosure statement may participate or vote in any official board or commission business until the statement is acknowledged as received by the board of ethics.”
