Drive-Through COVID-19 Testing in Hana on Friday, April 10

Drive-through COVID-19 testing will take place in Hana on Friday, April 10, in the parking lot across from the tennis court at the Hana Ball Park.

Testing will be open to essential workers only from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Essential workers should bring their employee identification cards.

Testing for the general public will begin at 9 a.m.

Testing will be provided at no-cost through a partnership with Dr. Scott Miscovich of Premier Medical Group and the County of Maui.

According to Premier Medical Group, priority for testing will be given to those who are:

  • Have symptoms
  • Have traveled outside of Hana within the last 2-3 weeks
  • Live in 3-generation households.

All participants are asked to:

  • Remain in their vehicles
  • Bring a valid ID
  • Be prepared to fill out informational sheets
  • Bring an insurance card if possible (however, there will be no charge, co-pays or deductible fees)

“We are so grateful to Dr. Miscovich for working with us to provide testing for our Hana residents,” Mayor Michael Victorino said. “Testing is key in coordinating resources and emergency response for our rural communities. Please continue to stay at home and limit your contact with others as we combat this virus.”
