Due to a shortage of personnel, curbside trash collections have been rescheduled for pickup to Saturday, March 5, in areas of Kula, and Monday, March 7, in areas of Haiku, the County of Maui Department of Environmental Management announced. Trash was not collected today.
The affected Kula areas are: Ahinahina Place, Alanui Place, Calasa Road, Copp Road, a portion of Haleakala Highway, Hoihoi Place, Holomakani Drive, Holomakani Road, Ihe Place, Inu Place, Kahoea Place, Kai Nana Place, Kalihi Place, Kamehameiki Road, Kamila Street, Kaweo Place, a portion of Kekaulike Avenue, Kolohala Drive, Kualono Place, a portion of Kula Highway, Kuulani Place, a portion of Lower Kula Road, Mauna Place, Naalae Road, Palena Place, Papipi Road, Puakea Place, Pulehuiki Road, Ululani Street, Wahelani Street, Waiakoa Place and Waiakoa Road.
The affected Haiku areas are: Awalau Road, Haloa Road, Hamana Place, Holokai Road, Iulani Street, Kahealani Street, Kaiapa Place, Kalipo Place, Kapuai Road, Kawelo Road, Kealamauloa Place, Kekoanui Place, Kihau Place, Kili Place, Koolau Road, Kukuna Road, Kuloli Place, Lahui Street, Lanikai Place, Lepo Place, Lihau Place, Maluaina Place, Maluna Place, Mamoa Place, Mopua Street, Neke Place, Noholani Street, Nolu Road, Pico Trac Road, Waipalani Place, Waipalani Road and Waonahele Place.
