Mayor Victorino thanks Governor Ige for additional Vaccine Support for Maui

Today Mayor Michael Victorino announced that his talks with Governor Ige have resulted in a commitment for enhanced support for supplemental vaccines for the County of Maui.

“On behalf of the people of Maui County, I want to mahalo Governor Ige, Lt. Governor Green, and Dr. Libby Char for the state’s commitment to provide additional vaccines, more testing, and support personnel to get more vaccine into the arms of our residents,” said Mayor Victorino. “This is a great example of collaboration between Maui County and the state, and it will help strengthen the County’s efforts to slow and end COVID-19.”
