Over 160 tests were administered via drive-through COVID-19 testing today, April 23, at South Maui Community Park Gymnasium.
The first hour of testing was open to first responders and healthcare workers, with the remaining time for the general public.
The testing was provided by Minit Medical in partnership with the County of Maui.
“I want to extend a very big mahalo to Minit Medical for stepping up to provide this testing to our South Maui community,” Mayor Michael Victorino said. “Minit Medical donated their own time, energy and resources to assist our residents and we are grateful for their support. I would also like to thank all our local doctors, nurses and volunteers for their help, as well as our county departments for coordinating this effort.”
