MAPPS, Maui’s Automated Planning and Permitting System is a new web-based software application designed to support the County of Maui’s planning and permitting processes. MAPPS replaced the County's legacy system, KivaNet. Please visit the MAPPS information page for access to the MAPPS System and available information and resources to get you started with MAPPS.
