MAPPS, Maui’s Automated Planning and Permitting System is LIVE

MAPPS, Maui’s Automated Planning and Permitting System is a new web-based software application designed to support the County of Maui’s planning and permitting processes. MAPPS replaced the County's legacy system, KivaNet. Please visit the MAPPS information page for access to the MAPPS System and available information and resources to get you started with MAPPS.

On Saturday October 8, 2022, MAPPS will undergo a software upgrade and will be unavailable all Saturday. Please visit the MAPPS Updates page on the MAPPS support site for details regarding the upgrade and a temporary workaround that will be required.
