Emergency Repair of Kaupakalua Road in the Vicinity of Lepo Street – Phase1

Scope of Work

The project involves shoulder restoration with retaining walls, Construction work includes new paved shoulders and guardrail installation, new concrete walls with soil nails to support the shoulder area, and grading.

Construction activities will start Monday, November 14, 2022 with anticipated completion of late March 2023.  Hours of operation is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday except weekends and holidays.  Activities which requires lane closure will be allowed between 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.  At least one lane will be available at all times during work hours.
