Waiehu Heights Drainline Replacement – Phase 3

Scope of Work

The project involves the replacement of existing drainlines and drainage structures on portions of Kolani Place, Makiki Street, Haunani Place, and Anohea Way in Waiehu Heights subdivision.  The scope of work also includes cold planning and resurfacing of the existing asphalt concrete pavement; replacement of existing speed humps; replacement of existing concrete curbs and gutters; adjustment of sewer manhole and water valve frames and covers; installation of sewerline concrete jackets; installation of pavement striping and markers; replacement of existing signs; and other incidental work.

Construction activities started Monday, August 22,2022 with anticipated completion of late February 2023.  Hours of operation is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday except weekends and holidays. Activities which requires lane closure will be allowed between 8:30am to 3:00pm.  At least one lane of traffic will be available at all times during work hours.
