Scope of Work

The project involves cold planning and resurfacing of Pilialoha Street, Lelehuna Place, Puu Koa Place, Kahope Place, Waikina Loop (County portion), Nehe Place, Lilikoi Road (Makai intersection with Kokomo Road to Nahoa Place), and Kaluhea Place in Haiku, Maui.  The scope of work also includes pavement reconstruction; reconstruction of existing speed humps; repairs of sidewalks, rolled curbs, and driveways; adjustment of manholes and water valves; pavement striping and markers; installation of signs; and other incidental items.
