Please have your permit number available.
Road test fee of $20.00 must be paid prior to your scheduled appointment at any County of Maui DMVL office.
Present your payment receipt and required documents to the examiner at time of your road test.
Check-in at the road test site with your accompanying licensed driver, who must be 21 years or older at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Applicants are required to present the following documents: Documents must be valid ORIGINALS.

| Both Driver Education/Behind the Wheel Certificates, if under 18 years of age. |

| Hawaii Motor Vehicle Insurance Card. Insurance may be on phone, but applicant must be able to present the card by using the insurance companies app. |
