A Project District Development Approval may be obtained to adopt governing ordinances (PH1, or Phase 1 Approval), preliminary site plans (PH2, or Phase 2 Approval) and final site plans (PH3, or Phase 3 Approval) for development of land designated as a project district on an adopted community plan.
How To Apply:
Complete the Project District Development Approval application packet and submit it to the Department of Planning. A fully processedZoning & Flood Confirmation Formmust be attached to the application. Begin the PH application process by filling in the project identification portion of the form and submitting it to the Zoning Administration and Enforcement Division at One Main Plaza Suite 335. The zoning and flood designations are confirmed and then returned to the applicant for inclusion in the PH packet.
