Overview
The Circuit Court Division handles all proceedings before the Circuit Court. These basically involve felony jury trials, but sometimes involve trials before a judge or jury trials for misdemeanor offenses.

The division handles pretrial proceedings, such as motions, and post-trial proceedings, including sentencing and matters before the Hawai`i Paroling Authority.
